It's Friday! Did you know the 4th grade class sells suckers, pop its, and erasers every Friday. They are starting early on fundraising for their class fund. They have also donated funds to animal wonders!

SLE Community, We are aware that last night school officials across the state received threatening messages. These messages were not targeted at Seeley Lake Elementary. We have been in contact with local, state and federal law enforcement on this issue and will take measures as a precaution, but we do not believe there is any abnormal threat to our schools. At this time we are planning on having school as normal tomorrow with these precautions in place. It looks like over 100 districts in Montana have had an administrator, staff member or board member receive a message like this! I will update with more information as the day goes on. Again Seeley Lake HAS NOT RECEIVED a message like this, at this time. We will have sheriff onsite throughout the day. Mr. Gibbs

SLE families, due to the extreme temperature SLE will have a 2 hour delay tomorrow. This will allow temperatures to warm up a little to allow buses to start. Buses will run 2 hours later than normal times. Breakfast will be served from 9:20-10:00. If students arrive early, they will gather in the gym until 10. If you feel that keeping your child home is the best option, please know that will be an excused absent. Please stay warm and safe! Mr. Gibbs
